Our CNC machine shop department is over 30,000 sq ft filled with the latest and efficient equipment. We have full temperature control over the entire area to ensure parts are manufactured and inspected with exact tolerances and precision. We have various milling machines, turning centers (with live tooling), and metrology equipment on hand to provide your customers with the quality they deserve.
Our bending department consists of the latest in bender technology. We have multiple CNC controlled LRA (Length, rotation, angle) machines with the ability to bend nearly any round material from one-half inch up to three inch solid steel rod. Additionally, we have the ability to mandrel bend thin-wall tubing to keep bends and transitions as uniform, and wrinkle-free, as possible. We also have the ability to bend tubing of virtually any shape while holding tolerances up to one-thousandth of an inch.
Our in-house welding department has several MIG and TIG welders. We can custom fabricate your parts while maintaining all of your design specifications and tolerances. We weld most steel and aluminum materials with our Miller welding machines. We manufacture part fixtures using our own CNC bender in conjunction with our laser CMM to ensure quality and repeatability.
Steeda Manufacturing now has in house powdercoating capabilities. In 2011 we invested in a state of the art Wagner Prima Sprint powdercoating system to take out quality and finish to the next level. Not only can we control the quality better, but it allows us to do everything under one roof, therefore minimizing the chances of anything happening to the components. From design and manufacturing to now finishing all in one place, you end up with the highest quality product everytime!
Our assembly department can assemble your simplest to your most complex assemblies. We can create a label to match your specific needs, bubble wrap, bag and or just box up your items for shipping.
